• Production, rejection, payroll, and labour records you enter in the product
• Device and usage data needed to keep the service secure and reliable

• To create and manage your factory workspace
• To send login, OTP, and account verification messages
• To operate payroll, reporting, and support features
• To improve product reliability and prevent abuse

Sharing

We do not sell your factory data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (for example SMS, email, hosting) only as needed to run SaniSetu, or when required by law.

We retain account and operational data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, or security purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
